We provide services under three main lines of business: Sales of construction materials; construction & contracting; property management.
Under construction & contracting business we do public and private construction and contract projects mainly in New York and New Jersey.
Per interior construction and material sales; we provide interior design and construction services like flooring, painting, drywall, and framing for more than 12 years. We also manufacture custom closets and kitchen cabinets in our own manufacturing site in New Jersey. We have 3 offices and showroom in Manhattan, Nanuet County (New York), and Cinnaminson (South Jersey) so we cover Manhattan and most parts of New York and New Jersey State.
We also sell main interior construction materials like flooring, stones for the kitchen & bathroom, and cabinet.
KUTAY Properties LLC launched a property management company and began to in commercial properties.
Founder & CEO
Mahir Eyikocak began to do business in New Jersey & New York several years ago. Before that he has an extensive experience in construction and contract business in MENA and European region.
After graduating from Çukurova University, Civil Engineering Department, in June 2000 in Turkey, Mahir Eyikocak worked as a field engineer and site manager in various housing and superstructure projects until 2006. Later, Mr. Eyikocak started his professional business life by founding Kutay Engineering and construction with one of his friends in 2008.
In the following years, he founded Arkoç Yapı Construction Co., which is 100 percent owned by him. In first years of his business life, he took various contract businesses from local municipalities and public institutions. Then, he performed construction works such as restoration, renovation, infrastructure, and superstructure in various cities of Turkey.
Mr. Eyikocak received his Master of Science degree from Hasan Kalyoncu University, Institute of Science, Department of Civil Engineering, in 2021. He is the co-founder and CEO of Kutay Properties LLC, which was incorporated in July 2022.
Mr. Eyikocak is also married and has three children.
